1. Introduction
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Etravolis . If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you make a return or obtain a refund easily.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return a product to us, without having to give a reason.
3. Eligibility conditions for return
For an item to be eligible for return and refund:
The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
The item must be in its original condition, new, unused and unworn.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.
4. Return procedures and shipping costs
In order to guarantee complete transparency in accordance with consumer protection standards:
Restocking Fee: None (0 CHF / 0 €). We do not charge any handling or restocking fees for processing returns.
Defective products or shipping errors: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Etravolis will cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Change of mind / Customer withdrawal: If you wish to return a product without defects (change of mind), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return method: Returns are made exclusively by mail (via post).
5. Non-refundable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:
Customized or made-to-measure products.
Unsealed personal care products, cosmetics or hygiene items.
Gift cards.
6. Step-by-step procedure for making a return
Contact our customer service by email at contact@etravolis.com specifying your order number and the product(s) concerned.
Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions as well as the exact address of the return center in Switzerland.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and drop off your package at your local post office.
7. Processing the refund
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned package at our premises:
We will send you a confirmation email to inform you of the receipt of the package.
Once the return is validated, the refund will be immediately processed to the original payment method used when you placed your order (Credit card, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal).
The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account depends on your bank, but is usually within 3 to 5 business days .
